BUILD / TEST / ADAPT

Salvage playtest

Machine District

Build. Watch. Adapt.

The richest zone might be the worst bet.

Build a salvage robot and choose where to send it. Three labeled bots have already locked their plans. Reach extraction before the window closes, then share the zone’s salvage with every other machine that made it.

Play the salvage expedition ↗

Build for the route. Think about the crowd.

Three zones get new salvage pools and extraction windows each round. Your drive, motor and battery determine whether the robot reaches extraction. Runner cargo is faster with a smaller claim; Hauler cargo is slower with a larger claim. The forecast tells you whether your build can make it, but rival destinations remain hidden until launch.

Successful machines split each zone’s points in proportion to cargo capacity, rounded down. Empty zones and rounding leftovers remain unclaimed. Read revealed choices and bot tendencies, then begin the next expedition whenever you want. There is no fixed final round.

Where Ethereum could fit.

The proposed ETH mode would use real entrants, committed choices, verifiable outcomes and an entry-funded prize pool. All players would have access to the same parts. Entry fees would fund winnings; no bots or external yield would fund payouts.

That mode is not built. Course selection, outcome verification, gas costs, ties, missed reveals and refunds need a reviewed design. This editable browser simulation cannot authorize prizes or securely hide bot choices.
