Rules, scoring and the proposed ETH competition
One courier, 1,000 starting credits, 12 cargo slots and 16 market phases. Sell one good, buy a different good, then stay or travel. A traveling courier cannot trade. Purchases reserve transport fees and respect cargo space. Orders use this phase’s posted quotes; everyone’s trades affect later prices. Scarce fills are proportional and rounded down. Fills below your minimum are canceled without redistribution.
Merchants produce and consume inventory and replenish their buying budgets each phase. Production favors the matching district/good; a deterministic cycle shifts consumption. Bots trade against the same stock and budgets. They contribute no funds.
Final wealth is credits plus cargo at fixed salvage values: cells 12, medicine 20, chips 30, kits 40. In-transit cargo uses those same values. Credits and goods are never redeemable for ETH. These are local practice scores; refreshing starts over.
A future ETH tournament would use equal funded entries and verified final standings. Shared-market collusion, deadlines and operating costs remain unresolved. No wallet or paid competition is connected here.
